Tour of IOES facility

　Your visit with us is always welcome on every Wednesday and Thursday ( but except on holidays) during 14:00 till 16:00. The program includes introduction of who we are, study tour through IOES facility and experimental operation by yourself of the model of simulated process line of our environment-friendly energy technology. Research programs at IOES

　IOES has been energetically working on technological development of utilization of ocean energy. Power production technology by OTEC (abbr. ocean thermal energy conversion) method sits in the core of the research study, which further extends to various fields such as seawater desalination, electrolytic production of hydrogen from water used in OTEC power plant, utilization of deep seawater and extraction of energetic substances in seawater.
