FDE2002 Report

 FDE2002 (Forum on Desalination using Renewable Energy) was held in Palau at Palau Pacific Community College on Oct. 15-16, 2002. About 200 participants  and 9 countries delegations attended this forum. In this forum, there were 1 special lecture, 4 invited lectures speech and discussion about  water and energy problems on pacific region islands countries. On final day, region's leaders sign 'Palau Declaration' which is a cooperative effort among participating countries aimed at initiating certain environmental, water and energy issues.
